The Parish magazine in its present format (A5) dates back to the mid 1970s. There are 10 issues a year - i.e. monthly except for July/August and December/January. It is available on a delivery subscription basis for £5 p.a. or can be purchased for 50p over the counter at Crondall Village Stores.
Although the official mouthpiece for the parish of Crondall and Ewshot, it covers a wide variety of local news for the myriad of activities that the villages sponsor plus tips on cooking gardening and other leisure interests. The magazine also carries directory advertisements for local tradesmen and services. A Village directory of organizations, societies, and clubs with their office holders and telephone numbers is published annually - an invaluable contact list especially for the newcomer to the parish.
Manuscript or typed material for publication should be placed in the box in Crondall Village Stores or sent by email to editors4@hotmail.com by the 13th of the month.
